Fabricating hinges and clasps are fundamental skills for jewelers. During this workshop you will master the process of creating a bracelet with two or three hinges using tubing and rod and you’ll learn to make a slide clasp. These can be used in many other applications in addition to bracelets. There will be plenty of opportunity to customize your piece depending on the materials, size and other skills you bring to the your project. A kit will be available for purchase, costing $145 for silver materials and $45 for brass. Supplies and tools you’ll need to bring will be listed in your welcome email.
